The BPS Six-Stage Process

The BPS plant processes used lube oil, using high vacuum molecular distillation technology in the following six stages:

Stage 1:  De-hydration System (C1)

Stage 2:  Distillation System (Extraction of fractions: Water; Diesel and Kerosene; Base Oil, Bitumen (C)

Stage 3: Bleaching (C2)

Stage 4: Gas Treatment (A)

Stage 5: Water Treatment (B)

Stage 6: Packaging transformation or bulk back (D)

This process technology re-refines used lube oil to its maximum output by means of environmentally friendly PLC controlled fully automatic, continuous process.

The plant processes used lube oil and industrial oils, using high vacuum molecular distillation technology. This process is based on three different modular skids.
